This DQ drive-thru is very slow. Nearly every night there’s a line of cars wrapped around the building. And their exterior could use a bit of TLC. Missing signage, leaking water stains down the side of the building, cracked brick foundation, etc. You’d think with the tens of thousands they’re making every day, they could afford to beautify their premises and expand their drive-thru to decrease wait times…
Great food! Hadn't been in a while since there wasnt one close to where I lived. I did not know my meal came with a sundae so that was an awesome surprise!
I love this DQ. But tonight was awful. The worker yelled at me because “we’re closed read the sign” well the sign and google says you’re open for another hour. Then he proceeded to lock the window and doors so me nor the others in line could get our ice cream
Got told our order was $11 and pulled up to the window and was told it was $16. When we questioned the young man at the drive up he was rude and adamant we were wrong. We wanted to ask for a receipt but they closed the window right away. We checked online, our order was $11. Thanks for taking my $5.
They were super busy and if I hadn’t already ordered online I would have skipped it. It was after 7, so I figured the dinner rush would have dwindled out a bit. It’s definitely not a large space and very claustrophobic. I waited a bit to be helped, but the staff were really busy, but quite helpful. On my way home discovered I received the wrong blizzard. Really disappointed especially since I drove 17 minutes one way and paid extra for additional pieces. But I wasn’t too shocked as it kinda looked like a blizzard roulette with the other ones coming out and a bunch sitting on the shelf. I’d just be more cautious if I had a food allergy. The prices are just too high for the quality of food and ice cream especially. I would personally stick with Culvers across the street.
The Elvis Blizzard, as the (Dairy) King himself would have it: banana, bacon, hot fudge, peanut butter. Hip gyrations guaranteed.
Ice cream was good, blizzard were mixed pretty well. Service wasn't lacking but wasn't amazing.
Very frustrating when the google listing says the drive thru is open until 10, but employees are cleaning up at 9:01.
